GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Responsibility: Colombia Tango Festival is Exclusive even, which makes arrangements with third party for all tour packages, services and accommodations including air transportation.

All travel documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by such vendors. Neither T4T or any of its agents or employees shall be held liable for, and by accepting these documents customer waives any claim against all such parties for a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of a defect, negligence or other wrongful act or omission of or any failure of performance of any kind by any other transportation company, vendor

or supplier; b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, termination of service or changes in fares and rates; and d) any cancellation or double-booking of reservations, tickets or packages beyond the control of CTF.

General Terms & Conditions
Accommodations
Colombia Tango Festival is not responsible for any type of surcharges, such as resort fees, parking’s or breakfast, unless they are specified in the voucher or our website. Also CTF is not responsible if the hotels change the rates of these extra services without prior notice.

Festival DAY pass Rates are per person, entrance time and fee is according to Hotel regulation.

Entrance fee should be paid by the passenger directly to the hotel.

Transfers IN & OUT
On each AREA HOTELS (federal capital) will be provided on: Auto-Car/Van/Private Car/Taxi/Shuttle, as indicated in the confirmation sheet. In all those services where there is not quantity specification of passengers, minimum required is 2 (two) passengers traveling together.

Air Tickets

This is a NON-REFUNDABLE. Changes are subject to Airline Penalty plus fare difference and Agency fee $50.00 Our Packages - Circuits does not include Air taxes/ Airport taxes / Passport and Visa charges or handling / Baggage Excess / Hotel Incidentals and Any extra charge Non Specified on this Tariff Book or Not Listed above.

All bookings will be confirmed in written form via email or fax 305-675-6144. We are not responsible for reservations made by phone only, we need the confirmation via email or fax. NO VERBAL REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED

Vouchers All vouchers must specify service provider phone number as informed in corresponding confirmation. If you advise us that clients are traveling without vouchers we will advise the supplier. In emergencies, CTF may issue replacement vouchers but cannot be responsible for inconveniences or charges incurred by lack of vouchers. CTF will not be responsible for any vouchers issued without confirmation from CTF All.

Very Important
Passenger is absolutely responsible for the documentation (passport, visa, travel authorizations, etc) to be presented at the hotel. PCTF Will not be responsible for any damaged caused, luggage is not object of transportation contract as well as personal effects.

Hotel reconfirmation is not responsibility of PCFT; if the passenger is not booking with travel4tango, it is responsibility of passenger.

Validity
All rates in this WEB PAGE can be modified without previous notice. At the moment of requesting reservations with CTF, it is fully established that the passenger is accepting all and each one of the conditions displayed in this web tariff.

Payment in full constitutes final acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
